Description

Senior Software Engineer based in Moline, IL, responsible for backend systems and data engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex backend systems and highly scalable code within AWS environments.
• Build and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines using Python and Apache Spark.
• Manage the Machine Learning Life Cycle, including data preparation, model engineering, deployment, and monitoring.
• Provide technical coaching and mentoring to team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AWS and Java J2EE backend design and integration.
• 3 years of Data Engineering experience building ETL processes and pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Python, AWS, and Apache Spark.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and Big Data technologies.
• 2+ years of experience managing the Machine Learning Life Cycle.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
