Description

You will engineer new and existing components across the full stack in a technically challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain components using Scala within an agile team.
• Lead various phases of the product lifecycle, including analysis, development, and testing.
• Collaborate with application developers to understand and deliver technical requirements.
• Identify and suggest improvements to existing systems and internal processes.
• Own specific technical areas as you grow within the role.

Required Skills

• 9 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one language: C++, Java, Scala, or .NET.
• Strong understanding of core computer science concepts and code optimization.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Solid grasp of full stack development principles.
• Ability to perform deep technical analysis to understand complex systems.
• Commitment to rigorous testing and documentation standards.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL datastores including Postgresql and Mongodb.
• Familiarity with Kafka and general database management.
• Comfort working with large-scale enterprise systems.
