Description

You will manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and system operations in a 24x7 global environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP resources including Compute, Storage, Networking, and IAM policies.
• Automate resource provisioning and configuration management using Terraform and Ansible.
• Maintain system observability via Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix, and OCI Monitoring to resolve performance issues.
• Perform system maintenance, patch management, and troubleshooting for Linux/Unix OS and databases.
• Handle incident management and root cause analysis to meet SLA and uptime standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering or infrastructure management.
• Hands-on experience with OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools including Grafana, Prometheus, and Zabbix.
• Strong networking knowledge covering DNS, HTTP, TCP/UDP, and the OSI model.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Scripting proficiency in Bash, Python, or Ruby.
• Intermediate skills in MySQL and PostgreSQL, including backup and recovery.
• Experience with web servers like Apache and Nginx, and web caching.
• Knowledge of virtualization and configuration management tools like Ansible or Puppet.

Preferred Skills

• 6+ years managing hybrid infrastructure.
• OCI Certified Architect Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Azure Administrator Associate certifications.
