Description

Requirements

· 6+ years of software engineering experience, preferably working on complex, enterprise-scale applications.
· Strong hands-on Python development experience as the primary backend skill.
· Experience developing backend applications and services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Django, or equivalent.
· Good understanding of REST APIs, object-oriented programming, error handling, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
· Full-stack development exposure with React, Angular, or an equivalent modern UI framework as a secondary skill.
· Strong understanding of software engineering principles, clean coding practices, application design, and production troubleshooting.
· Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, drive technical tasks/projects, and take accountability for delivery and outcomes.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
· Experience working in Agile delivery environments with exposure to development, code reviews, testing, releases, and production-quality software delivery.
· Experience in financial services, banking, BFSI, investment management, financial markets, or capital markets
