Description

Build and scale global infrastructure for healthcare data interoperability, owning pre-fetch services, metrics APIs, and data normalization layers.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build pre-fetch services to ensure medical image availability on local PACS devices.
• Develop a Metrics API to aggregate and expose tens of millions of data points.
• Engineer a data normalization and terminology layer for a uniform gateway experience.
• Rewrite performance-critical services from Java to Golang.
• Expand interaction patterns by adding new functional flows in a standardized way.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of production experience with event-driven microservices in scaling environments.
• Mandatory proficiency in Java.
• Professional experience with at least one other language: Golang, Python, or TypeScript.
• Experience with Postgres, Redpanda, or Redis.
• Hands-on work with Kubernetes and cloud-native architecture.
• Knowledge of Pact for contract testing.
• Experience with Vue 3 and TypeScript.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with polyglot engineering across diverse backend and frontend stacks.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure-as-code and cloud-native thinking.

Education: Any Graduate degree.
