Financial services or regulated industry experience preferred

Proficiency in multiple scripting languages Powershell, Bicep, etc) 
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP acceptable) 
Proven track record of designing and implementing CI/CD release strategies for enterprise applications

Azure DevOps & Release Management: 10 - 15 years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps services including Repos, Pipelines, Boards, and Artifacts. Experience with Azure DevOps extensions, custom tasks, and integration with third-party tools. Knowledge of branching strategies, pull request workflows, and code review
