Description

Lead development efforts to build and customize software solutions while mentoring junior developers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide junior developers and consultants in building software solutions.
• Provide technical direction for application testing, integration, and migration.
• Define and enforce development standards across the team.
• Review and approve development documentation and specifications.
• Produce standard and custom reports and train team members and users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant progressive experience in software development.
• At least 3 years of experience with Java/J2EE, Oracle, and SQL.
• Proficiency with Java and J2EE ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with Spring framework.
• Experience with Python, AWS, and NodeJS.
• Strong knowledge of Struts, REST, and SOAP APIs.
• Proficiency in PLSQL and database technologies like Oracle.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring or leading technical teams.
• Background in application migration and integration projects.
