Description

You will lead technical teams through the agile development lifecycle to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive agile processes by facilitating standups, sprint planning, reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
• Shield the team from external distractions and promote continuous improvement of processes, tooling, and structure.
• Support coding, design, and testing efforts across a heterogeneous technology environment.
• Ensure product quality through unit, integration, and regression testing capabilities.
• Adhere to architecture standards, risk management, and security policies while implementing standards-based solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, preferably within the financial industry.
• 2-3 years of experience leading teams in an Agile environment.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, AJAX, and MVC patterns.
• Experience with Java, J2EE, and Spring frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with web application servers such as Tomcat or .NET.
• Strong understanding of Object Oriented technologies and multithreaded software design.
• Experience with unit, integration, and system-level testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Test Driven Development (TDD), or Business Driven Development (BDD).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Scala, jQuery, NodeJS, AngularJS, React, or ExtJS.
• Experience with Agile/Lean practices such as XP or Kanban.
