Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and modern web applications

Build and enhance cloud-native applications leveraging modern cloud platforms

Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices-based systems

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Contribute to system design discussions and architectural decisions

Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and automated testing

Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions

Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in software engineering building enterprise-grade applications

Strong expertise in .NET and object-oriented programming languages

Experience designing and building scalable backend systems

Strong knowledge of RESTful API development and integration

Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases

Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud Platform or similar)

Experience with microservices architecture and containerized environments

Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Azure DevOps or similar

Experience working in Agile environments with Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular

Familiarity with search-optimized data systems (e.g., Elasticsearch or similar)

Experience with shell scripting and automation tools

Exposure to marketing technology or data-driven personalization platforms

Experience working in high-scale, distributed systems
