Description

Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications for the OCMC Business Rule Engine Upgrade initiative, focusing on automated testing and rule-based automation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable rule-based automation solutions for outage communication workflows.
• Develop and maintain APIs, services, and integrations between enterprise systems and business rule platforms.
• Build and maintain automated test frameworks for business rule logic, integrations, and messaging functionality.
• Execute automated regression, functional, integration, and performance test cases.
• Support CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing, reporting, and release validation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering, application development, or quality engineering experience.
• Proficiency in C#, Python, Scala, or .NET.
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL platforms (Cosmos DB, Redis).
• Strong background in automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of cloud development concepts across Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Business Rule Engines, workflow automation, or decision-based systems.
• Experience delivering enterprise full-stack solutions in Agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with REST APIs, web services, and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, release management, and defect management.
