You will build consumer-quality products and lead technical delivery from inception to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor developers to drive delivery and resolve technical impediments.
• Define technology stack decisions and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive engineering excellence through code refactoring, design patterns, and continuous integration.
• Collaborate with the Head of Technology on delivery and engineering best practices.
• Build and scale applications using modern architectural patterns and security best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Expertise in developing modern object-oriented APIs using REST, GraphQL, or ProtoBuf.
• Proficiency in .NET/C#, Spring Boot, or NodeJS.
• Expert experience with vanilla JavaScript.
• Experience with Angular, React, or Vue.
• Experience with style libraries such as SASS, LESS, or SCSS.
• Strong understanding of application security including JWT, OAuth, and SAML.
• Deep knowledge of web technologies and browser mechanics.
• Experience working within Agile processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience influencing senior executives on technology decisions.
