You will design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend services and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain high-quality backend services adhering to coding standards.
• Create robust RESTful APIs and integrate with external services, ensuring data consistency and security.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to design efficient data models and access patterns.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks, optimizing code and infrastructure.
• Investigate and resolve production issues to ensure system availability.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a backend developer focusing on services development.
• Proficiency in Node.js and services development frameworks.
• Solid understanding of services architecture principles.
• Proficiency in RESTful API design and development.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases and data modeling.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools.
• Experience with a public cloud platform.
• Ability to technically lead and mentor junior team members.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Angular or React front-end integration.
• Proficiency with GraphQL.
