Description

Lead technical delivery and product enhancements within the Life & Annuity Insurance domain for a TPA environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients in defining project scope for enhancements and new MVP product launches using an agile mindset.
• Drive technical requirements from a system feasibility perspective and lead client implementations.
• Design scalable and reusable technical architectures for Life and Annuity products.
• Write and review technical specifications while coordinating between onshore and offshore resources.
• Identify process enhancements to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in programming and debugging using COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and CICS.
• Deep domain knowledge in Life & Annuity Insurance within a TPA environment.
• Extensive experience solutioning business requirements for L&A Admin platforms.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale projects or provide complex programming solutions.
• Strong experience in translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Practical knowledge of SDLC methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with Business Analysts.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of JAVA, Python, Shell Scripting, and Linux.
• Comfort with Agile frameworks and process flows.
