You will develop scalable data products and research models using machine learning and rich user data.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop novel and scalable data systems leveraging machine learning to enhance user experience.
• Perform research and develop predictive models utilizing NLP, statistical analysis, and vector space modelling.
• Apply machine learning techniques to datasets for data product creation with development teams.
• Implement and optimize classifiers, focusing on feature selection.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Python.
• Practical LLM/RAG experience for search quality, including query understanding and semantic retrieval.
• Experience with prompt engineering frameworks (e.g., LangChain, crewai).
• Proficiency with vector search and embedding technologies.
• Experience with search engines like OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, or Solr.
• Hands-on experience fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with deep-learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with backend technologies like Flask or Gunicorn.
• Experience with software stack components including CI and service-oriented architecture.
