Description

You will build and ship full-stack workflow automation and business-process applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable applications using PHP/Symfony, React, and MySQL.
• Leverage AI tools and LLMs to accelerate development speed and improve output quality.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Manage project scope and communicate directly with non-technical stakeholders.
• Deploy and maintain infrastructure on GCP using Docker and Linux/Nginx.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in PHP/Symfony, React, and MySQL.
• Experience building workflow automation or business-process applications.
• Strong full-stack development skills with proven shipping history.
• Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., LLMs) in the development workflow.
• Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication skills; able to teach tools to non-technical users.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Python or Node.js.
• Experience with GCP or similar cloud platforms.
