Description

You will lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules, focusing on Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Core HR.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration of Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Core HR, specifically focusing on PPM-based timesheet functionality.
• Integrate OTL with Project Costing and Payroll modules to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Gather time-tracking requirements from stakeholders to create system specifications and functional design documents.
• Execute and oversee test scripts for OTL and Core HR modules, managing defect resolution and release upgrade testing.
• Design workflows and security protocols for OTL and related HCM modules.

Required Skills

• 6-8+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Specialized expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Core HR.
• Proven experience with project-based time entry and PPM.
• Hands-on experience integrating OTL with Project Costing and Payroll modules.
• Ability to develop functional design documents and configuration books.
• Experience working within a structured software development life-cycle methodology.
• Ability to provide offshore support for project deliverables.
