Description

You will design and implement scalable software systems for mobile and web applications, owning the full software development lifecycle from backlog management to release.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement highly scalable components for Android and web platforms using Java and Kotlin.
• Manage version control, CI/CD pipelines, and DORA metrics using Git-based workflows in GitLab or GitHub.
• Build and integrate REST-style web services and mobile app integrations.
• Execute Agile methodologies, manage backlogs, and participate in Jira ceremonies.
• Implement local storage solutions including RDBMS, NoSQL, and Android internal persistence stacks.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of Object-Oriented Analysis, Design, and Development.
• Extensive Android development experience using Java and Kotlin.
• Deep understanding of Android OS, Android SDK, and hardware integration.
• Proficiency with Git, GitLab, GitHub, and CI/CD tools.
• Expertise in HTTP and REST-style web services.
• Strong computer science fundamentals.

Preferred Skills

• Mobile and web application development using Flutter.
• Experience with point of sale terminal applications.
• Application monitoring and analytics using Splunk, AppDynamics, New Relic, Datadog, or Crashlytics.
