Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable application components while mentoring junior engineers and driving technical best practices.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, support, and troubleshooting of application systems to resolve performance issues.
• Design and write testable, scalable code for application platforms using C# and .NET.
• Mentor junior engineers on coding standards, design patterns, and Agile SDLC processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-driven solutions using technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with information security standards and evaluate new tools for adoption.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience with strong proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and MVC.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases, with Oracle preferred.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and GitLab.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, SDLC practices, and clean code architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Experience working in the banking sector or with commercial lending systems is highly valued.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or similar platforms).
• Experience collaborating with geographically distributed teams.
