Build and enhance a SaaS conversational AI and messaging platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and implement conversational design patterns.
• Train, test, and refine conversational experiences using industry standards.
• Analyze and improve conversational flows on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with implementation and client success teams for system deployments.
• Develop and maintain APIs and web technologies.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in .NET programming.
• Strong background in relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with Web technologies and API development.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure or related cloud platforms.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript.
• Experience with Data Science, NLP, and AI.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SignalR, Service-bus queues, or Telecommunications.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-a-service and DevOps.
