You will design and build scalable backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Python.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop microservices and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and Python.
• Implement event-driven architectures with Apache Kafka and stream processing with Flink.
• Integrate conversational AI platforms like Google Dialogflow CX and LLM agentic frameworks.
• Manage data persistence using MongoDB and Oracle, optimizing performance with Redis.
• Deploy and maintain cloud-native applications on OpenShift (OCP) and Kubernetes.

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of experience in Java development with Spring/Spring Boot.
• 4–5 years of experience with Python for backend or data-driven development.
• Deep understanding of Reactive Programming (WebFlux) and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for event streaming.
• Proficiency in MongoDB (NoSQL) and Oracle (RDBMS).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes/OpenShift environments.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic architectures (ADK, Playbook).
• Knowledge of GraphQL.
• Experience in banking, fintech, or digital assistant platforms.
