Description

Lead data migration and workflow design within the Hyland OnBase platform. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional OnBase implementations.
• Plan and execute data migration activities, including ingestion and post-migration reconciliation.
• Design and validate workflows to ensure functional accuracy.
• Document application functionalities by collaborating with subject matter experts.
• Execute discovery processes to identify data correlation models and workflow entities.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience designing workflows using OnBase Studio.
• Direct experience working with OnBase WorkView.
• Deep understanding of OnBase Architecture and various OnBase Clients.
• Proficiency in Hyland OnBase Scripting.
• Ability to work with APIs.
• Strong data analysis skills for migration planning.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Hyland Certified status (API Developer, Workflow Administrator, System Administrator, or WorkView Administrator).
