You will build a platform focused on developer productivity metrics and visibility.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build developer productivity platforms and metric collection systems from scratch.
• Develop containerized workflows using Kubernetes and EKS.
• Own infrastructure components including AWS Lambda and general AWS services.
• Improve the software development lifecycle by building tools that enhance developer experience.
• Lead technical initiatives while remaining hands-on with code.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and EKS.
• Experience managing and owning infrastructure within AWS.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and developer tooling.
• Experience working in a lead capacity while maintaining individual contributor responsibilities.
• Additional experience in NodeJS and Golang.

Preferred Skills

• Previous Capital One experience.
