Description

You will engineer advanced prompt strategies and LLM integrations for industrial IoT platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine custom prompts to optimize LLM performance in IIOT contexts.
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate LLM copilot features into the IIOT platform.
• Design conversational flows tailored to specific IIOT user requirements.
• Implement iterative fine-tuning processes based on user feedback.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive continuous process improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, and Chatbot Development.
• Expert Python skills with Flask or FastAPI for production deployments on Kubernetes.
• Proven experience designing scalable, microservices-based systems with asynchronous programming.
• Expertise with Azure Cloud services: App Service, AKS, Cosmos DB, Cognitive Datalake, and SQL Server.
• Proficiency in REST API development and secure web application design.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.
• Familiarity with IIOT concepts, protocols, and systems.
• Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring team members and providing technical guidance.
