Description

You will design, program, and debug software enhancements and new products for core commercial applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user needs and interact with product managers to define system requirements and technical specifications.
• Write, test, and debug code using current programming languages and technologies.
• Develop documentation and procedures for software installation and maintenance.
• Mentor and coach team members while communicating technical concepts to internal sales and client teams.
• Estimate work effort for project sub-plans and ensure successful delivery of technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software development and the end-to-end systems development life cycle.
• Proficiency in at least two higher-level programming languages.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, sequence diagrams, and class models.
• Experience with model-driven design tools, including business process models and use cases.
• Knowledge of ISO, CMM, and Six Sigma standards.
• Ability to design scalable applications and utilize cloud-based resources.
• Deep understanding of networking, computing platforms, storage, databases, security, and middleware.
• Proven ability to evaluate complex business requirements and prepare computer-based solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of financial services industry, banking practices, and regulations.
