Description

You will design and build scalable web-based applications and large-scale distributed systems, leading medium-sized projects from product features to technical capabilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build abstractions and contracts using separation of concerns to support large-scale architecture.
• Perform high-level design, functional modeling, and module breakdown.
• Execute performance tuning and incremental architectural changes including impact analysis.
• Mentor junior engineers and break down execution into predictable phases.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience writing code and solving problems at scale.
• Expertise in Java, C++, or Golang to write maintainable, unit-tested code.
• Deep understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and class-level interfaces.
• Experience with multi-threading and concurrency programming.
• Proficiency with MySQL and NoSQL databases such as HBase, Elasticsearch, or Aerospike.
• Experience with full life cycle development on a Linux platform.
• Strong knowledge of Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Ability to drive the design and architecture of multiple subsystems.

Preferred Skills

• MTech or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
