Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications while providing technical leadership to the development team.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable, high-performance Java applications.
• Translate business requirements from stakeholders into technical solutions.
• Lead and mentor software developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Troubleshoot defects and perform root cause analysis for long-term fixes.
• Collaborate with project managers on planning, deliverables, and resource allocation.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong expertise in Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases including MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services for deployment and management.
• Proficiency with Git version control.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Golang.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, or Vue.js.
