You will build and deliver fullstack Python applications and cloud-native microservices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement engineering solutions in collaboration with architects and product managers.
• Own projects through all development phases, from initial design to final delivery.
• Mentor junior developers to maintain engineering excellence and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and Fagan inspections to ensure high coding standards.
• Drive technical improvements through continuous learning and team collaboration.

Required Skills

• 6 to 9 years of experience in fullstack Python application development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Django.
• Hands-on experience with backend development and cloud-native microservices.
• Proven ability to lead projects and work independently.
• Experience working in collaborative environments with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Any Graduate degree.
