Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services in Python, including API development, automation, and data processing.
• Design and implement cloud-native solutions on GCP using serverless and compute-based offerings.
• Contribute to system design and architecture discussions with an emphasis on scalability and microservices.
• Write clean, modular, and testable code using OOP principles and design patterns.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated testing, and infrastructure as code practices.

Required Skills

• 6-12 years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python for backend development, API creation, automation, and data manipulation.
• Experience with GCP cloud-native services, especially serverless or compute-based offerings.
• Strong grasp of OOP and design patterns with clean, modular, testable code practices.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Git, automated testing, and infrastructure as code.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Firestore, Compute Engine, and App Engine.
• Google Cloud Associate or Professional certification.
