Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop generative AI and LLM-based features using Python for model interaction and application logic.
• Implement RAG pipelines to retrieve relevant context and generate grounded responses.
• Build LLM application flows using LangChain for orchestration and integration.
• Design and implement backend APIs using Python web frameworks (Flask or FastAPI).
• Collaborate with the team to deliver reliable AI features and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.

Skills Required:

• 4 - 8 years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Python for generative AI and LLM application development.
• Generative AI and LLM development experience (minimum 2 years in GenAI development).
• RAG implementation to add context for LLM responses.
• LangChain experience to build and orchestrate LLM applications.

Good to Have:

• Flask or FastAPI for building Python web services.

Education: Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
