You will build and maintain generative AI features and LLM-based applications using Python.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop generative AI and LLM features, handling model interaction and application logic in Python.
• Implement RAG pipelines to retrieve relevant context and generate grounded responses.
• Build LLM application flows using LangChain for orchestration and integration.
• Design and implement backend APIs using Python web frameworks like Flask or FastAPI.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver reliable AI features and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.

Required Skills

• 4-8 years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI and LLM development.
• Strong proficiency in Python for AI application development.
• Experience implementing RAG architectures to enhance LLM context.
• Practical experience using LangChain for LLM orchestration.
• Ability to build and maintain backend services.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Flask or FastAPI for building Python web services.
