Description

You will build and maintain scalable backend systems and data processing pipelines in Python.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize backend services to handle high traffic and improve performance.
• Implement inter-service communication using messaging protocols.
• Build and maintain web scraping solutions for external data ingestion.
• Troubleshoot software issues and ensure system reliability.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce rigorous testing standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of strong Python programming, including string manipulation and regular expressions.
• Deep understanding of OOP principles (encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphism).
• Knowledge of common design patterns (Singleton, Factory, Observer).
• Solid foundation in algorithms and data structures.
• Proficiency in HTML parsing using XPath and CSS selectors.
• Experience with caching technologies like Redis.
• Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Working knowledge of Docker containerization.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of cloud computing, specifically AWS or Azure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with web frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Familiarity with headless browser automation tools (Playwright, Selenium).
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database systems.
