Description

You will own the development and optimization of high-performance React.js user interfaces.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable, reusable React components from wireframes.
• Optimize application performance and ensure cross-device responsiveness.
• Write clean, efficient code and lead complex troubleshooting efforts.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain quality standards.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers on best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of total experience with 4+ years in React development.
• Deep proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with Redux Toolkit for state management.
• Proficiency with React Testing Library for unit and integration tests.
• Experience with Webpack for build optimization.
• Strong understanding of Git workflows.
• Knowledge of system design and performance optimization techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GraphQL, ARIA/WCAG accessibility, or microservice architectures.
• Familiarity with big data tools like Kafka, Spark, or Solr.
• Experience with Angular or Vue.js.
