Description

Drive full-lifecycle development, design, and maintenance of complex enterprise Java applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test critical application programs within a scrum team.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define system scope, objectives, and technical baselines.
• Perform complex analysis, debugging, and production support for software on AWS Cloud.
• Mentor junior engineers and enforce software development best practices.
• Execute code reviews and define logging and alerting requirements for troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with Enterprise Java.
• 5+ years with Java/JEE, Spring, and Hibernate.
• Proven experience developing enterprise applications using AWS Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Web Services (REST and SOAP), APIM, JSON, and SQL.
• Experience with J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Batch, and Spring Security.
• Competency in front-end technologies including HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and AJAX.
• Experience with build and testing tools such as Maven, JUnit, and Jenkins.
• Ability to work within UNIX/AIX environments and use Shell scripting.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Cloud Certification.
• Experience with Spring Integration, MyBatis, or message-based/event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of security protocols such as SSO or OAuth2.
