Design, code, and test enterprise-scale applications for tens of thousands of users.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical detail design, coding, and testing while complying with DevOps and code quality standards.
• Conduct software analysis including requirements gathering, use case development, and design specification documentation.
• Develop and execute automated unit tests and structured test cases to report on software performance and availability.
• Manage operations and maintenance (O&M) for existing systems and provide direct technical support for critical trouble calls.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to product scoping, architecture discussions, and roadmap planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development, architecture, and software specification development.
• 3+ years of experience with Java/JEE enterprise applications.
• Deep expertise in Spring frameworks: Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Integration, and Spring Security.
• Proficiency with Hibernate, MyBatis, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP Web Services, JSON, and XML.
• Strong front-end skills in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and AJAX.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, React, or jQuery.
• Proficiency with build and testing tools: Maven, JUnit, TestNG, Jenkins, and Git.
• Experience working in Unix environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Big Data technologies.
• Knowledge of security protocols and frameworks such as SSO, OAuth2, or IBM WebSeal.
