Build and maintain data-driven software solutions within an AWS cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical software and data specifications, including data mappings and use cases.
• Access, analyze, and remediate data issues using SQL and AWS analytics tools.
• Develop testing strategies and create functional, regression, and end-to-end test scenarios to ensure data flow quality.
• Support the DevOps team by handling ad hoc data requests and providing production support.
• Collaborate with architects and product owners to ensure high-quality information analysis and requirements gathering.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development and data management.
• Proficiency with AWS Lambda and NodeJS.
• Hands-on experience with AWS SNS/SQS, S3, IAM, and CloudWatch.
• Strong expertise in AWS RDS, DynamoDB, and Athena.
• Advanced SQL skills for querying and analyzing complex databases.
• Experience working within Agile software development frameworks.
• Ability to interpret technical artifacts such as E-R diagrams, data dictionaries, and interface specifications.
• Experience with cloud and microservices architecture, design, and analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to explain advanced data concepts to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
