Description

You will lead the development and maintenance of custom Salesforce applications and integrations, translating functional requirements into technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Build reusable Apex code following development best practices and ensure minimum 80% code coverage via test classes.
• Own project work from debugging and bug fixing to production deployment.
• Collaborate with engineers across different infrastructure layers to solve complex integration problems.
• Design custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and validation rules.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce.com.
• Hands-on experience with administration, including user management, security controls, roles, and profiles.
• Proficiency in developing Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation.
• Technical expertise with APIs and system integrations.
• Experience with software development outside of the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree with IT application development/support experience.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certification.
• Experience working within an Agile development team.
