Description

You will own the design and delivery of Salesforce platform components, ensuring robust integrations and secure administration.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom objects, fields, dashboards, reports, workflows, and triggers to meet application requirements.
• Design and deliver APIs, connectors, and integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications.
• Implement security configurations, controls, and best practices for platform administration.
• Automate deployment processes to reduce manual tasks and improve system efficiency.
• Lead solution design discussions, provide work effort estimates, and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience delivering Salesforce solutions from design to production.
• 5+ years of experience integrating Salesforce with third-party solutions and applications.
• 5+ years of experience with ETL and data transformation processes.
• 5+ years of experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
• Strong understanding of web services and architecture standards including REST and JSON.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, including user management, roles, profiles, and security controls.
• Proficiency with C, JSON, Visualforce, APIs, Python, Java, SQL Server, and MySQL.
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or shell scripting.
• Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosis, and problem-solving within CRM and customer support domains.

Preferred Skills

• 6 years of experience in Apex and Salesforce development.
• 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration.
• Experience with Einstein Bot Development, Einstein AI, and Einstein Analytics.
