Description

You will design and develop SaaS backend components for the Policy Management cloud solution, focusing on the data path.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and development of the data path component for the cloud solution.
• Design, implement, and own the data processing component to meet long-term customer demand.
• Contribute to requirements, architecture, and design to ensure platform scalability.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to integrate features and optimize system performance.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented design principles and software design patterns.
• Experience developing SaaS backend solutions using microservices architecture.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container technologies.
• Hands-on experience with public clouds including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Background working on large-scale systems handling high volumes of data and events.
• Familiarity with distributed systems tools such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, Spark, Amazon Kinesis, Google Cloud Dataflow, or Azure Event Hub.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Golang.
• Contributions to OpenSource projects.
