Description

You will support Web and API platforms while driving Site Reliability Engineering practices to improve platform efficiency and stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SLAs and SLOs by identifying opportunities to improve platform metrics and communicating results to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot legacy and cloud infrastructure, including PCF and Azure.
• Monitor application performance using Splunk, AppDynamics, and DynaTrace to proactively identify issues.
• Lead production outage resolution and collaborate with engineering teams to derive Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Mentor other engineers to strengthen DevOps culture and SRE functions.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Core Java and Spring/Spring Boot.
• 4+ years of experience with JSON and RESTful or SOAP web services.
• 4+ years of experience in Online Banking systems development.
• 3+ years of experience with APM tools such as Splunk, ELK, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• 2+ years of experience with MongoDB.
• Experience managing governance programs and operational controls.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Unix, Linux, DG queries, and Postman.
