You will develop and maintain a SaaS conversational AI and messaging platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and design conversational experiences using industry best practices.
• Implement, train, and test conversational flows.
• Analyze and improve conversational experiences on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with implementation and client success teams to support system deployment.
• Develop technical solutions for client requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in .NET programming.
• Strong background in relational databases (SQL).
• Experience with Web technologies and API development.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure or related cloud platforms.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript.
• Experience with Data Science, NLP, and AI.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SignalR, Service-bus queues, or Telecommunications.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-a-service and DevOps.
