Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP FICO implementations and upgrades, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze and optimize financial accounting processes, leveraging strong knowledge in Cost Objects Controlling, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, and more.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP FI with other modules such as SD and MM.
• Design and implement interfaces and process flows to enhance system efficiency.
• Provide support and training to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of SAP solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP FI/CO and S/4HANA best practices and innovations.
• Work flexible shifts across UK, US, and APAC time zones, providing support during weekends and holidays as needed.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in SAP FICO with hands-on implementation experience
• Knowledge of SAP HANA and integration with FICO
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Flexibility to work in UK, US, and APAC shifts, including weekends and holidays
