Description

You will lead SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and financial process optimization for enterprise clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FICO implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze and optimize financial accounting processes, focusing on Cost Objects Controlling, Internal Orders, and Profit Center Accounting.
• Design and implement interfaces and process flows to integrate SAP FI with SD and MM modules.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of SAP solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP FI/CO and S/4HANA best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in SAP FICO with hands-on implementation experience.
• Knowledge of SAP HANA and its integration with FICO modules.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO engineering.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Flexibility to work flexible shifts across UK, US, and APAC time zones, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with S/4HANA migration or upgrade projects.
