Required Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on experience with:

IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG) ,IBM Global Mailbox ,IBM Connect: Direct ,IBM Control Center SFG Routing Rules ,Code Lists ,Business Processes Partner Management SFTP ,AS2 ,MQ ,HTTP/S Connect:Direct ,Experience with partner onboarding and certificate management.

Strong knowledge of: SSL/TLS ,PGP Encryption ,Secure Key Management ,Secure File Transmission Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting payment platforms, ACH, EFT, wire payments, or treasury management solutions.

Knowledge of banking and financial services integrations.

Experience with IBM Sterling Secure Proxy.

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.

Experience supporting highly available and disaster recovery-enabled Sterling environments.

Knowledge of ISO 20022 and payment messaging standards.
