Description

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex SCM applications and large-scale technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, debug, and document complex backend and frontend applications.
• Develop and implement microservices and web-based applications using Java/J2EE technologies.
• Manage the full application lifecycle, including defect fixing in QA, UAT, and production environments.
• Lead project teams, serve as a peer mentor, and establish engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with technical experts to resolve complex technical issues and achieve strategic objectives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience in a development role.
• Expertise in Core Java, Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
• Strong experience with Microservices architecture and REST/SOAP web services.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies including HTML5, JavaScript (ES5/ES6), React JS, Ajax, and JSON.
• Hands-on experience with Hibernate and responsive web development.
• Full SDLC experience using both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with build and deployment tools such as Jenkins and Udeploy.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of PCF, Azure, and Python API development.
• Experience with Middleware integrations like Apache Camel or Orchestra.
