Description

You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and build ServiceNow modules including Incident, Change, Problem Management, and Service Catalog.
• Customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and script includes using JavaScript.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Implement automation solutions to enhance platform functionality and streamline routine tasks.
• Configure user roles, access controls, and system settings to maintain a secure environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of deep technical experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Expertise in JavaScript for both client-side and server-side scripting.
• Proven experience with REST and SOAP web services for data transformation and mapping.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• Experience configuring workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
• Knowledge of databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
