Lead agile squads and drive the architecture and deployment of scalable software systems in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile teams across multiple locations, promoting skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Design and implement scalable, maintainable software architecture and high-level technical standards.
• Collaborate with product managers and clients to gather requirements and develop tailored solutions.
• Integrate automation tools to streamline development and operational workflows.
• Mentor engineers and participate in the interview process to support team expansion.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JS, and React.
• Experience with backend frameworks and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks including Cypress, Appium, and Cucumber.
• Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Expo, Serverless Framework, and Terraform.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, software design principles, and design patterns like SPA, MVC, REST API, or microservices.
• Practical application of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, XP, TDD, or BDD.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience investigating emerging technologies and implementing them within a team environment.
