Description

Lead the design and development of in-house and SaaS-based solutions, contributing across the full SDLC from analysis to deployment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce coding and secure application development best practices.
• Collaborate between business and engineering teams to align technical delivery with business goals.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and direct guidance.
• Manage the release pipeline and ongoing support for complex systems.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java or Python.
• Expertise in SQL and data modeling.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and PostgreSQL.
• Proven experience with Microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Leadership experience managing teams or complex systems.
