Description

You will design, develop, and document software solutions throughout the full development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Propose, design, and document technical solutions for features and complex problem statements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to influence decision-making and deliver quality software.
• Develop solutions by analyzing information needs, system flows, data usage, and work processes.
• Evaluate operational feasibility by analyzing requirements and proposed solution developments.
• Mentor and support other software engineers through coaching and technical advice.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience working with Java and J2EE.
• 3+ years of experience using Spring and Hibernate.
• Proficiency with SQL and relational databases such as MySQL.
• Experience with NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB.
• Experience using Git for version control.
• Knowledge of Apache Web Server and Apache Tomcat.
• Ability to perform software design, documentation, and JUnit testing.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to document solutions via flowcharts, diagrams, and clear code.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate degree.
