You will drive the technical direction and implementation of complex, scalable systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for complex systems and define reference architectures.
• Establish coding, testing, and design norms, enforcing quality through automation.
• Implement complex features and reusable libraries, optimizing for scalability and performance.
• Define test strategies, build shared tooling, and enforce CI/CD gates to promote reliability.
• Design cohesive APIs and event-driven systems, standardizing schemas across integrations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including large-scale system design.
• Deep proficiency in .Net (C#) and Python.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud.
• Expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on experience with API design (REST/gRPC/GraphQL) and integration patterns.
• Advanced knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
• Expertise in observability, reliability engineering, and performance optimization.
• Proven ability to define reference architectures and influence technical standards.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and lead technical initiatives without formal authority.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS or GCP and cost optimization strategies.
• Familiarity with contract testing or chaos engineering.
