Description

Senior Software Engineer owning end-to-end solution design, implementation, and team leadership for appointment management systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement software solutions by analyzing user needs, system flows, and data usage.
• Investigate problem areas and define programming standards to resolve technical issues.
• Create flow charts and diagrams to describe the logical operational steps of programs.
• Lead and direct the work of others through planning, goal setting, and workload management.
• Prepare, install, and maintain solutions while managing competing deadlines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development and system design.
• 8+ years of experience using Virtual Appointment software for schedule and appointment management.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or C++.
• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• 8+ years of experience evaluating, analyzing, and developing documentation and training materials.
• 8+ years of experience developing logical flow charts and diagrams.
• 8+ years of experience planning and delivering specialized training to others.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for multitasking and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Bookings or other Virtual Appointment scheduling software.
• 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Teams.
